Kindred Credit Union is excited to announce the launch of our new and refreshed online banking! We’re continuing to improve our digital solutions, so more Ontarians can experience Banking with Purpose wherever they’re at!
Our new online banking features a clean, fresh look with visual cues to prompt users. In most cases, functionality is unchanged, and many menus and action buttons are in the same location as text links were in the past, so the new site will feel familiar to current users. Built on an agile and secure platform, our new online banking gives Kindred a strong foundation for future development.
No matter which device you use—mobile phone, tablet, or desktop computer— responsive web design means that it’s easy to view your accounts and do your banking online.
The launch date is currently scheduled for October 7. We will inform members of any changes as we are able.
How to log in
On launch day, both personal and business users will access Kindred’s online banking using the same link that you always do, online.kindredcu.com. Use your bookmarks or simply click the ‘Login’ button in the top right corner of kindredcu.com.
The login screen will look a little different, however, you’ll use the same credentials as usual. First, you’ll be prompted to enter your access card number, which begins with 63022828. (Read: Make a Change to Enhance Security if you still use your MEMBER CARD® debit card number to log in.) Next you need to enter your password, also known as your PAC (this is the same password you’ve always used).
That’s it. Once you’re logged in, take a look around (feels familiar, right?) and do your banking!
