Built on an agile and secure platform, our new site offers a strong foundation for future digital development with the promise of much more to come. If you have questions about any Kindred services, the site offers easy access to our Help Centre. Plus, using responsive web design, the platform is easy to browse on any device—from a smartphone to a desktop computer with a large monitor.

When you’re ready to connect, simply click the ‘Contact Us’ links highlighted on kindredcu.com, or pick up the phone, and you’ll find a dedicated Kindred team member eager to help with your financial needs. It’s easy to arrange for a video call with branch staff, or drop by a branch (for essential service only, at this time). Our Member Contact Centre is available extended hours to help on the phone or via email from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Kindred introduced digital membership opening last year, and we plan to offer online lending for members and other services in 2021 and beyond. We’re looking to connect with engaged members who would like to participate in and support Kindred’s ongoing digital channel development.
